Summary: Relatives of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patients Needed for Health Questionnaire

Researchers at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center are conducting a research survey study to better understand the health of relatives of inflammatory bowel disease patients.

You may be eligible for this study if you:

  • have a relative with inflammatory bowel disease (either Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis);
  • are at least 14 years old;
  • do not have a diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (either Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis) yourself; and
  • are willing to commit 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

This is a mail-back survey. Postage return is pre-paid.
