Summary: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
North Shore University Hospital is looking for volunteers for a
research study to see if the study drug is effective in preventing
COPD exacerbations when is given by a pressurized device that helps
deliver a specific amount of drug to the lungs.
To be eligible to participate in this study you must be:
- Less than 40 years old
- A current or previous smoker
- Must be diagnosed with COPD for more than 2 years
You are not eligible to participate if you:
- Have a history of asthma
- Have any heart disease
- Any other respiratory disease
