Summary: Colon or rectal cancer - Adults

People with colon or rectal cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Fernando J. Camacho, MD.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have history of colon or rectal cancer

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received prior treatment with irinotecan
• Have received more than one regimen for metastatic disease or more than two regimens overall
• Have had radiation therapy or chemotherapy 4 weeks prior to first visit
• History of Wilson’s disease or other Copper related disorders
• Have severe pulmonary disease
• Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study
• Have participated in another research study within the last 30 days
