Summary: Hepatitis C Study

Maryland Digestive Disease Research is participating in an international research study evaluating the efficacy and safety of an investigational interferon with Ribavirin Compared with Peg Interferon in combination with Ribavirin with subjects with chronic hepatitis C.

To be eligible subjects must be:

Treatement-Naïve
(Never been treated with a interferon product or combination with any other agent)

Genotype I

18yrs of age or older

All enrolled subjects will receive at no cost:

• Study medication
• Study related procedures, doctor's visits, and lab tests
