Summary: Drug Combination for Hepatitis B

People with hepatitis B infection are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by North Shore University Hospital.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are 18 to 70 years of age
  • Have a diagnosis of hepatitis B

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have HIV or Hepatitis C or Hepatitis D
  • Have previously used an interferon based treatment within the last 12 months
  • Have had pancreatitis
  • Are breastfeeding, pregnant or intend to become pregnant during the study
