Trial Information
Summary: Is your tendonitis or bursitis pain keeping you out of the game?
If you suffer with moderate to severe pain of the elbow, knee,
or shoulder, you may have tendonitis or bursitis. Tendonitis is an
inflammation or irritation of the tendon; most often caused by
repetitive, minor impact on the affected area. Bursitis is an
inflammation or irritation of the bursa. The bursa is a sac filled
with fluid that helps decrease friction and irritation between
tissues.
Clinical Research Center of Cape Cod, Inc is currently enrolling
adults who suffer with tendonitis or bursitis of the shoulder,
elbow, or knee. This study is evaluating the safety and
effectiveness of an investigational patch for the relief of pain
associated with these conditions.
Qualified study participants may receive study supervision by a
board-certified physician, study-related tests and exams, as well
as study medication at no charge. In addition, qualified
participants will receive compensation for their time and
travel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Are you at least 18 years of age?
- Do you suffer with tendonitis or bursitis of the shoulder,
