Summary: Men’s Health Research Study

Are you a man at least 30 years old?

Do you have at least one of the following diseases?

• High blood pressure
• High cholesterol
• Metabolic syndrome
• Coronary artery disease
• Depression
• Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (such as urgent or frequent urination, a poor urine stream or night-time accidents)

  or

• Do you smoke?
• Are you obese?
• Is your waist more than 40 inches?

  or do you take any of the following medications?

• Insulin
• Atenolol
• Lipitor
• Lotensin
• Elavil
• Cardura
• Accupril
• Glucophage
• Lisinopril
• Prozac
• FLomax
• Wellbutriin
• Gllipizide
• Enalapril
• Metformin
• Zestril
• Paxil
• Proscar
• Zoloft

If so, you may be eligible to participate in a Men’s Health research study. Qualified participants will receive study related medical exams and study medications at no cost. Financial compensation may be available to eligible participants.
