Summary: Cancer Pain

NYU School of Medicine is looking for cancer subjects to participate in a study for an experimental drug for breakthrough pain.

You may participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have cancer-related pain

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a cardiopulmonary disease that would increase your risk of shortness of breath
  • Have a recent history or current evidence of alcohol or substance abuse
