Summary: Are you a current smoker and have trouble breathing?

If you are a smoker and have trouble breathing then this study may help. PRA Trials is conducting research on an investigational medication for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD. Medical Insurance is not needed!

Study Participants must be:

• 40 years of age or older
• Current COPD symptoms for more than 2 years
• Current or previous smoker
• Cannot currently have asthma

Study participants will be provided with:

• Study medication
• Study related physical exams
• Pulmonary Function tests
• ECG evaluations
• Monetary compensation for time and travel
