Summary: Edema-Adults

People with Edema are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are over 18 years of age
  • Have had symptoms of HAE or AAE

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have had treatment with C1-INH and/or DX-88 within 24 hours of treatment
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study
  • Have participated in another research study within the last 30 days
