Summary: A Study to Determine if Sugar Beet Fiber may Lower Cholesterol

Research Center is conducting a research study for people with a normal to slightly elevated cholesterol level.

You may qualify if you:

• Are 18-70 years of age
• Have no cardiac conditions
• Have no history of gallstones or gallbladder surgery
• Are not diabetic
