Summary: Moderate psoriasis in adult subjects

People with psoriasis are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by NYU School of Medicine.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have had symptoms of psoriasis for at least 6 months
  • Have taken an Anti-TNF agent for at least 12 weeks and not had an adequate response. Anti-TNF agents are a class of drugs that block the action of tumor necrosis factor (TNF).

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Weigh more than 200 kg (440 pounds)
  • Have a history of psoriatic arthritis
  • Have or have had in the past, Hepatitis B or C
  • Are HIV positive
  • Have had tuberculosis
  • Have cirrhosis of the liver
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study
  • Have participated in another research study within the last 30 days
