Trial Information
Summary: Moderate psoriasis in adult subjects
People with psoriasis are asked to participate in a research
study being conducted by NYU School of Medicine.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if
you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have had symptoms of psoriasis for at least 6 months
- Have taken an Anti-TNF agent for at least 12 weeks and not had
an adequate response. Anti-TNF agents are a class of drugs that
block the action of tumor necrosis factor (TNF).
You may not participate in this study if
you:
- Weigh more than 200 kg (440 pounds)
- Have a history of psoriatic arthritis
- Have or have had in the past, Hepatitis B or C
- Are HIV positive
- Have had tuberculosis
- Have cirrhosis of the liver
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant
during the study
- Have participated in another research study within the last 30
days
