Summary: Forward Image Guided Ductoscopy for Early Cancer Screening

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are scheduled to undergo a mastectomy for the treatment or prevention of breast diseases.  The purpose of this study is to do preliminary feasibility studies of an investigational imaging probe using breast tissue that has already been removed by mastectomy.  Your breast tissue and the data obtained in this study will be used for up to two years.
