Summary: An Open-label, Randomized, Multicenter, Phase II Study of MDX 060 in Combination with Gemcitabine, MDX-060 in Combination with Dexamethasone, and Gemcitabine Monotherapy in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin's Disease

You have/your child has been asked to participate in this research study because you have/your child has Hodgkin’s disease that has not been cured by other treatments or you have/your child has refused other treatments. The purpose of this study is to determine response to treatment of Hodgkin’s disease to treatment with the investigational drug MDX-060 plus gemcitabine, MDX-060 plus dexamethasone, and gemcitabine alone.  The study will also evaluate the three treatments in terms of how long response to the treatment lasts and what quality of life is like for subjects receiving the treatment.  MDX-060 will be evaluated to see what side effects it causes, whether it causes an immune response, and how long it stays in the body over time.  Your/your child’s participation in this study is expected to last 3 to 4 weeks for treatment and approximately 2 years for follow-up.
