This study will evaluate assessment of NT-proBNP levels before discharge on management and clinical outcomes in patients admitted with heart failure, and evaluate the use of NT-proBNP measurement in managing the patients followed in a heart failure clinic.

  • Adult patients ≥18 years of age;
  • Clinical stable heart failure, NYHA I-III.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Candidates for surgical interventions;
  • Severe renal dysfunction.
