The single mission of every person on our team is to provide the highest quality care in a highly personalized manner. We offer the latest medical and technological advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of many therapeutic areas. We are engaged in and have access to emerging medical protocols resulting from our active participation in clinical research and trials. We have a team of skilled health care professionals who believe that personalized, compassionate care is in the highest tradition of the medical profession.
We have conducted research for over 10 years and we are currently engaged in many active trials of different phases and in various stages. We have partnered with major players in the pharmaceutical industry and have always been a well managed and a high performing research site.
Our main location is a spacious 7,000 square ft. two-floor building and is equipped with several patient exam rooms, physicians’ offices, CRC offices, administrative staff offices, monitoring and conference rooms.
On site we have:
A Refrigerators and freezers (including -20 freezer) room
Fully equipped Laboratory
Pharmacy/Drug storage facilities
2 DXA scan machines
A drug infusion suite with many infusion chairs
Within 2 miles, we have access to many other facilities such as:
We have three experienced Board certified rheumatologists; two of whom are experienced in clinical research in the Principal Investigator/Sub-Investigator roles; the third pre-screens patients for our trials and could perform a Sub-Investigator function. We also have a physician assistant who serves as a Sub-Investigator for research as well. We have partnerships with other physicians to conduct trials at our location utilizing all of our on-site resources for therapeutic areas other than rheumatology.
We have a full staff of study coordinators and a dedicated research director who may also function as a study coordinator on select studies. With regard to drug administration, we maintain a full staff of nurses that can administer treatment as part of our infusions and treatment suite. We are currently engaged in 15 – 20 trials (various phases, 1 – 4), and we are looking to increase the number of ongoing trials to 25 – 30 in 2010 and through 2011.
Although we conduct research only in our Freehold, NJ location, our Toms River location is an integral part of our research, providing exposure to a large patient population from which we recruit subjects. Our two locations are strategically located in close proximity to three densely populated counties affording us access to a diverse population exceeding 2 million people. We rely on our patient database, TV, radio and print advertising to recruit patients.
