Center Overview

OsNET is a "Multi-Specialty" Clinical Research informal Alliance, providing a geographically diverse and unique blend of seventeen sites located throughout fifteen states. In addition, we are therapeutically focused in, but not limited to Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Obesity, COPD, ACS, Diabetes, Vaccine, Sleep, OC, Phase I, Biosimilar and Women’s Health trials. OsNET has added OBGyn, Orthopedics, and Cardiology to our capabilities.

We are not a SMO or TMO and we have probably participated in almost every trial conducted by your company over the last 15 years.

The Sponsor continues to contract directly and separately with each individual Principal Investigator:

John Aloia, Mineola NY • Eddie Armas • Herbert S.B Baraf Wheaton MD • Steven Carsons • Charles Fogarty, Spartanburg SC • Geoffrey Gladstein, Trumbull CT Alan Kivitz, Duncansville PA • Michael Lewiecki, Albuquerque NM • Alfred Moffett, Leesburg FL • Chris Recknor, Gainesville GA • Lance Rudolph, Albuquerque NM • Joy Schechtman, Peoria AZ • Lawrence Sher, Rolling Hills Estates CA • William Shergy, Huntsville AL • Nebojsa Skrepnik, Tucson AZ • Rainier Clinical Research Center, Renton WA • Ron Surowitz, Jupiter FL • Richard Weinstein, Walnut Creek, CA • Winthrop University

Due to their strong reputations and over-enrollment successes, our Members have simply chosen to be marketed as a group. I am simply their liaison … and marketing employee … and there is never any type of charge to the Sponsor for my services.

OsNET maintains vigorous membership requirements. Also, our Investigators presently average more than twenty years in clinical research and many are considered thought-leaders in their fields.

Only if desired by the Sponsor on an optional basis, OsNET can provide:

  • Group Protocol analysis, feasibilities, discussions and Patient Recruitment support after the Investigator Meeting
  • One Global CDA to help expedite distribution of the initial synopses and questionnaires
  • Remember, you still ultimately contract with each separate and individual Investigator

Our Members have met or exceeded enrollment goals in the vast majority of their studies. In four recent and major Osteoporosis trials, we averaged 32% of the selected sites and yet we provided over 54% of the randomized patients. In addition, in various Arthritis, RA, Diabetes, OC, Vaccine and Obesity studies, we have had top national enrollers.

If you would like additional information about OsNET, or our affiliated sites, please contact me at anytime.

With sincere appreciation,
Ray …

Clinical Research Experience

OsNET Sites have worked with all of the major Sponsors and most of the major CRO’s. To view an individual Investigator’s curriculum vitae please visit our website at: www.osnet.org.

Facility Description

Each of the clinical research center members comprising OsNET has the following facilities and equipment:

  • Inpatient and outpatient facilities
  • DEXA, SEXA, and pDEXA equipment
  • Convenient location to airports, metropolitan hospitals and patient populations

Investigator Experience

OsNET Members average 20 years experience and they must have a history of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals in the vast majority of their trials … with good clean data.

Staff Expertise

To be considered for Membership in OsNET, a site must have extensive and successful experience in Clinical Trials, including specific expertise in Clinical Research. Most Coordinators are full time and CCRC certified.

Patient Demographics

Our sites include tens of thousands of patients in a variety of demographics. Please contact Ray Hovland to examine your specific needs. Remember...OsNET is not a structured SMO, Broker, or TMO or any other anagram. I am simply their employee and I act as a liaison and marketing between You and the Investigator. Although I am usually the first contact …you still create a separate contract agreement with each individual Research Center.
