Facility Description

MWC is located in a multi-specialty medical building home to more than 30 physicians. We are conveniently located just 2 miles from Interstate 5 and 10 minutes from the International Airport. Our clinic is dedicated to clinical research totaling 17 exam rooms, ultrasound room, CLIA Approved Laboratory and comfortable space for monitoring and meetings. Our providers operate their private practice in the same buildings and are always available 24 hours. Our clinic is secured with alarm systems.

Located within the clinic are state-of-the-art diagnostic testing facilities and resources that include:

• Osteoporosis Diagnostic Lab with the ability to perform bone density scans

• Urodynamics Lab: MWC is the only practice in the region with Urodynamics equipment and the only physician surgically correcting urological problems.

Investigator Experience

Beverly F. Fuller, M.D., has several years experience in Clinical Research Trials. Dr. Fuller specializes in Gynecology, HRT, Birth Control, Osteoporosis and Urology. She received her Board Certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Daniel A. Tomlinson M.D., is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Tomlinson is a well-respected lecturer. He has been a presenter on topics including Diabetes, Advanced Hysterectomy and Laparoscopy, Obstetrical Emergencies, Infections Disease and Urinary Stress Incontinence. Dr. Tomlinson serves on numerous committees, is the Medical Expert for KTVL Television Station and is actively involved in Clinical Research Trials.

Dr. Julie A., King, M.D., is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. King is actively involved in Clinical Research Trials, she specializes in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Infertility, HRT, Birth Control, Osteoporosis and Urology.

Dr. Natalie I. Kather, M.D., received her license from the State of Utah at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. Dr. Kather is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Kather is actively involved in clinical research trials.

Nisha Jackson, PhD., M.S., C.N.P. serves as the Medical Director for MWC and is creator and owner of Southern Oregon Health and Wellness. Nisha is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a national consultant, national lecturer for Wyeth-Ayerst and Knoll Pharmaceuticals, and has published a book on menopausal women. Nisha is an experienced Investigator conducting clinical trials.

Our Providers work closely with many area physicians specializing in most all sub-specialties of the medical profession.

Staff Expertise

Our clinical research site employs 4 experienced Clinical Research Coordinators, a Clinical Research Manager and Medical Director. We have 4 dedicated physicians, our support staff includes, but not limited to 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Registered Nurses, 1 Technologists who is certified in ultrasonography and 1 phlebotomist.

Patient Demographics

MWC and SOHW maintain a database of over 25,000 patients combined with clinical research volunteers. Medford is located in Jackson County Oregon with the city’s population over 66,000 and the county over 187,000. With the addition of over 5,000 students attending the University of Southern Oregon and a population of over 150,000 in outlining areas. Medford is home to 2 major medical centers: Providence Medical Center and Asante Health Systems-Rogue Valley Medical Center. As a result, Medford is the hub of the medical industry in all Southern Oregon.
