Facility Description

Radiant Research-Cincinnati was founded in 1985. The center's modern research facility occupies 10,000 square feet of dedicated research space, contiguous with the Radiant central Call Center. The space includes six exam rooms, four interview rooms, and three monitor rooms with high speed internet access. The site is approximately 30 miles from the Cincinnati-Northern KY Intl. Airport.

Investigator Experience

Michael J. Noss, MD, Medical Director is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Noss graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati. He has conducted over 500 clinical trials since 1992. Dr. Noss has a wide-range of clinical experience in the following areas: acne, benign prostatic hyperplasia, carotid imaging, constipation, contraception, depression, diabetes, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, dyspepsia, erectile dysfunction, familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome, fibrocystic breast disease, female sexual dysfunction, GERD/erosive esophagitis, healthy, heartburn, herpes labialis, hormone replacement therapy, hot flashes, hypertension, incontinence, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, lipids, migraine, nocturia, nutrition, obesity, onychomycosis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, overactive bladder, ovulatory menorrhagia, post herpetic neuralgia, psoriasis, restless leg syndrome, smoking cessation, tinea pedis and vaccines.

Charles Fixler, MD, Principal Investigator is Board Certified in Dermatology. Dr. Fixler graduated from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. He is a clinical professor of Dermatology at the College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati and is also an Attendee at the University Hospital and Veterans Administration Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fixler has conducted studies in the following areas: acne, ichthyosis vulgaris and psoriasis.

Daniel DelMauro, DO, Principal Investigator is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He graduated from the New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in Piscataway, NJ. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, NJ. Dr. DelMauro currently maintains a private practice and has conducted studies in the following areas: constipation, erosive esophagitis, GERD, heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome.

Christopher Lawley, DO, Principal Investigator is Board Certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Urological Surgery and graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency at the Urologic Surgery Oakland General Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan. Dr. Lawley currently maintains a private practice and has conducted BPH and overactive bladder/incontinence studies.

Staff Expertise

The center employs six highly qualified clinical research coordinators each with an average of nine years in pharmaceutical research. The clinical research coordinator team includes RNs, LPNs and MAs. Two of the staff members hold CCRC certifications.
