Center Overview

Quality Research Inc.(QRI) is an independent research-dedicated center with a private practice physician specializing in Family Practice acting as Principal Investigator. QRI has a dedicated research staff with many years of experience. Patients who are limited by either finances or managed care are able to take advantage of research programs. Research gives our Principal Investigator another choice for treatment, especially for patients who have not responded to traditional forms of treatment. Quality Research Inc. has a patient database of approximately 4,000.

Facility Description

QRI has a spacious outpatient facility, a secure, limited-access drug storage area, and ample room for patient waiting and exam areas. There is adequate space for monitors, equipped with wireless internet. We are located in an easily accessible area of Northeast San Antonio with front door parking and 15 minutes from San Antonio International Airport. We are also on the public transportation bus route.

Patient Demographics

San Antonio has a population of approximately 1.5 million with a strong Hispanic influence and a positive attitude toward clinical research. This area would be ideal for allergy studies due to the climate, as well as diabetes and obesity studies due to the culture. San Antonio is also surrounded by a number of smaller communities in which to draw patients.
