The physician consortium at Bluegrass Clinical Research, Inc.
enables us to utilize large, longstanding populations of subjects
that have established patient physician relationships. The benefit
for the customer which we work is to provide non-transitory,
quality subject populations from a variety of demographic and
socioeconomic backgrounds to enroll in clinical trials.
Louisville, Kentucky is the 16th largest city in the nation with
a population of nearly 700,000 (2000 census). The greater
metropolitan area brings the population of our area to 1.3 million.
In addition, BCR maintains affiliations with physicians in several
central Kentucky counties, adding another few thousand to our study
area population.
