Center Overview

Kelly Medical Research Center is associated with Kell Family Medical Center P.C, a private primary care physician office.

The center has assess to over 5000 charts within the practice and more in the offices of many specialist within a radius of about a mile, with whom we collaborate and work closely.

Saint Johns Hospital and Medical Center Detroit, a major medical center to which the PI is affiliated is about 2 miles down the street. The hospital supports us with state of the arts modern equipment and laboratory.

Although our center is a relatively new to clinical research, we have a team of highly motivated individuals, who believe in excellence and are ready to work to achieve just that. our practice has a diverse population with a mixture of varied diseases.

Facility Description

Facility is outpatient based. We are equipped with the basics of a medical office:

  • Phlebotomy materials/equipment
  • EKG machine
  • PFT machine
  • Hemoglobin A1C machine
  • Thermometer monitored fridge
  • Freezer
  • Locked medication cabinets

The Kelly Road bus and the 8 mile bus stations are in front of the office and 2 blocks away respectively. transportation can also be provided to our patients.

  • The Aspirin study
  • The Diabetes type II and ACS study
  • Diabetes and cerebrovascular events study
