Medical Research South presently conducts only outpatient clinical research trials out of its state-of-the-art Charleston, South Carolina facility. Medical Research South is conveniently located just off Interstate 526, less than 10 minutes from the Charleston International Airport, 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and less than 1 mile from Bon Secours St. Francis Xavier Hospital.
