Legacy Pharma Research believes that good clinical practice is an international, ethical and scientific quality standard for designing, conducting, recording and reporting trials that involve the participation of humans. Legacy is dedicated to compliance with these standards and assures the rights, safety, well being and confidentiality of trial patients are protected. Legacy has staff trained and updated on as part of our ongoing commitment, consistent with the Declaration of Helsinki, to ensure clinical trial data are credible and accurate. The CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program (LAP) is recognized by the JCAHO and CMS/CLIA has granted the CAP LAP deeming authority to ensure that CAP - accredited laboratories fulfill or exceed the hundreds of national standards reflecting the best practice in the industry.
Legacy Pharma Research Staff
All research staff have experience, knowledge and training to conduct clinical trials according to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices. Although a Principal Investigator and lead coordinator are responsible for each trial, the research department works together as a team to facilitate the safe and efficient conduct of trials. On-call research coverage is available on a 24/7 basis.

Submissions are due 2 weeks prior to the meeting
May use Central IRB for Outpatient Studies/Oncology, Neurology and Psychiatry Studies
