Corpus Christi Clinical Research Center, Inc. (CCCRC) is a privately owned research site located in Corpus Christi, Texas. CCCRC is a dedicated research site which conducts quality clinical research in the South Texas region. CCCRC maintains high ethical standards, ensuring subject safety, and strictly adhering to clinical study protocols. By conducting clinical trials, CCCRC assists the pharmaceutical industry place safe and effective drugs in the hands of the consumer.
CCCRC is a new dedicated research site involved in Phase II, III, and IV clinical trials. Our site has a highly qualified, dedicated staff of clinical research coordinators, as well as an established, board certified, Family Practitioner who serves as Medical Director. Our clinical research coordinators are Registered Nurses who have completed extensive monitor (CRA) training and are committed to ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data reporting while at the same time adhering to all federal and state laws and regulations. CCCRC staff members are knowledgeable in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference of Harmonization (ICH) Regulations and FDA Guidelines.
CCCRC is an outpatient facility with fully equipped exam rooms dedicated for research. We have a CLIA waived laboratory with centrifuge, refrigerator and a -20 degree celcius freezer. Our clinical research coordinators are Haz-Mat and International Air Transport Association (IATA) trained and certified for dry ice shipping. Our facility offers double locked cabinets to securely store drugs, study supplies and materials. Our subjects have a comfortable waiting area with television and DVD capability. CCCRC is easily accessible with a convenient location across the street from South Texas's only major children's hospital and also within very close proximity to the two major hospital systems in Corpus Christi.
CCCRC's Principal investigator/Medical Director is David Sutter, M.D. Dr. Sutter is a board-certified Family Practice Physician.
