downtown Chicago, Illinois. Our staffs combined research
experience extends beyond 30 years . We are passionate
about exploring new cutting edge products, procedures and devices.
We believe that research is essential to the advancement of
knowledge and science, thus supporting our clinical practice by
improving the quality of patient care. DeNova Research is able to
conduct Phase I - IV clinical trials as well as physician initiated

on how to work in a medical setting. True provides estheticians
state recognized continued education credits and includes training
on how to work safely and effectively alongside
physicians.
Traveling Hands-On Seminar and Workshops
Through the College of Cosmetic Medicine, DeNova is active in a
national educational seminar series that reaches over
90,000 physicians annually . The seminars provide attendees
training on cosmetic medicine, offers continued medical education
credits and takes place in various cities across the
country.
Positive community presence
Through an onsite not-for profit organization, DeNova Research
is active in supporting education to inner-city students. Enhance
Educational Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization that
focuses on providing funds and resources for Chicago Public School
Students. DeNova has an active role in the fundraising efforts and
in direct student outreach through internships in research and
physician’s assistance training. Enhance Educational Foundation has
raised over $73,000 in scholarships since 2006.

DeNova’s outpatient experience is equipped with a monitoring
room, computer connectivity, fax machine, locked drug cabinet,
specimen storage freezer, emergency drug box, centrifuge/
laboratory processing capabilities and dry ice.
The clinic is a concierge medical practice specializing in the
art of Aesthetics, Skin Care Medicine and Surgery
Principal Investigator:
Dr. Dayan is a board certified member of the elite American
Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is an
international lecturer, a national physician educator and a pioneer
in the research and development of plastic surgery technologies and
techniques.
His expertise is recognized worldwide and his techniques for
achieving natural results are sought by thousands of patients every
year. He has published over 50 articles in medical publications,
has appeared on over 45 news segments on multiple networks
including CNN, NBC, FOX, WGN, ABC, and CBS.
Dr. Dayan as founder and president of DeNova Research has the
unique opportunity to work with many cosmetic products and devices
before they are widely released. His findings have been published
in multiple medical journals and they have also been cited for FDA
submission. His experience has resulted in him becoming a
frequently referred to opinion leader regarding the most current in
cosmetic medical procedures.
In addition to a practice and research company that sees over
6,500 patients a year, Dr. Dayan’s commitment to education is well
established. He is a clinical assistant professor at the University
of Illinois and has trained over 3,000 fellow physicians. His book
Neurotoxins, Fillers and Beyond is a frequently resourced medical
book for many physicians as are his training videos.
He is the founder and is director of a skin care center (True
Skin Care), a state-accredited educational center for estheticians
(True University) and a medical educational company (College of
Cosmetic Medicine) that provides medically guided education and
internships to all levels of professionals.
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Dayan
received Phi Beta Kappa honors and attended the University of
Illinois Medical School also graduating with honors. He completed a
residency at the University of Illinois, where he served as chief
executive resident in his final year. Following his residency, Dr.
Dayan completed a Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship. He serves on
the editorial board of the internationally published Facial Plastic
Surgery Journal.
A passion for education, love of children and commitment to the
city’s future all inspired him to create Enhance Educational
Foundation.
Dr. Dayan created Enhance with the goal of inspiring children to
dream and set goals at an early age. Through literacy promotions,
internships and mentor programs; Enhance is able to encourage
children to work hard and help them plan for their future.
Enhance has created a scholarship program aimed at helping
students make their dreams of higher education a reality. In
2006-2007, Enhance was able to distribute over $70,000 in
scholarship funds to Chicago Public Schools students. Due to his
efforts Dr. Dayan was awarded the American Medical Association
Leadership Award in 2008.
