Premier Research is located in the Capital City of Trenton, NJ. We are a dedicated clinical research facility specializing in Phase II-IV clinical trials. The site has a proven record of rapid and high patient enrollment and a low number of screen failures in a number of studies.

Facility Description

We are an outpatient research facility that fosters a warm and caring environment with sincere health care professionals dedicated to the health and well being of our patients. We are easily accessible to all major highways, NJ Transit, Amtrak, and bus lines. We have a dedicated room for monitors and have access to high speed internet, phone, fax, and copier.

Investigator Experience

Jane Rohlf, MD has dedicated her career to research for the past 23 years and has supervised over 200 studies. She graduated from Duke University and the University of Iowa College of Medicine and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She is very active in the community and serves or has served on the boards of the University of Iowa College of Medicine, the National Board of Continuing Medical Education, Duke University, New Jersey State Museums, Planned Parenthood, and YWCA of Trenton.

Staff Expertise

Tracy Mount, BSN - background in critical care nursing for 10 years prior to becoming a Research Coordinator. Experience for 2 years in Phase II-IV outpatient trials.

Pamela Layton, RN, BS - background in critical care nursing for 10 years prior to becoming a Research Coordinator. Experience for 10 years in Phase I-IV inpatient and outpatient trials.

Maritza Ramos - Experience for 3 years in Phase II-IV clinical trials. Research Coordinator fluent in both Spanish and English.

Deb Stec - Experience for 2 years in Phase II-IV clinical trials. Research Coordinator experienced in data management.

Patient Demographics

Being in the city of Trenton and the New Jersey tri-state area, we draw a very diverse group of individuals. We have a very large population of Hispanic and African American subjects. The average age of our subjects is 40 years old.

Other Information

Our site uses a central IRB which expedites the process of the development process.
