We are an outpatient only facility, and are not connected to a local IRB. Therefore, we only use Central IRBs, and usually use the one chosen by the sponsor. This enables us to have a very quick turn around time with regulatory and IRB documents. We have worked with WIRB, New England IRB, Sterling IRB, Schulman IRB, Quorum IRB, The Copernicus Group IRB, COAST IRB, Chesapeake IRB, and Ethical Review Committee, Inc.. We have participated in sponsored initiated media campaigns as well as submitted local advertising independently (including television, radio, newspaper, and internet) for subject recruitment, and have utilized the services of a Recruitment Specialist previously. We are experienced in, and use both conventional CRFs and Electronic Data Capture systems. Some of the EDC systems that we are experienced in include: InForm, TAO, MediData, PPD’s system, I*Net, MACRO 3.0, PAL, TriaLine, TrialRecorder, OC RDC 4.5.1, and Adams/Oracle. We have also had the opportunity to work with many different Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRS) such as: ICON, S-Clinica, ALMAC, Covance, CLinPhone, and PPD’s system. Our staff works as a cohesive team that is experienced, flexible, enthuiastic, and hard working. We are trained in GCP and CFR ICH guidelines and adhere to them strictly. At Alpha Medical Research, we offer a superb product of good enrollment, excellent patient retention and compliance, and clean data with minimal data clarifications. We hope to have the pleasure of working with you soon. Please don't hesitate to contact or visit us at any time to consider us for coordinating clinical trials for your company.
