Dynamic Clinical Research, Inc. is an independent research
facility, founded in October 2005, by experienced research
professionals to serve the pharmaceutical companies and provide
management of the clinical trial process. Dynamic is affiliated
with a Family Practice Physician who has been in private practice
for 23 years.
Our research center has experience conducting Phase
II-IV trials in the following therapeutic areas:

Our Principal Investigator, Joan Prouty Moore, MD, is licensed
in the states of Missouri and Kansas. Her hospital affilation is
with Saint Joseph Health Center. She has been practing medicine in
family practice for 23 years. She is new to research and eager to
participate in clinical trials.
Our center has 2 full time coordinators with extensive research
experience.

The following trial(s) are actively recruiting patients:
- A 16-week, multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to compare the safety and efficacy of Starlix (nateglinide) vs. placebo in patients with type 2 diabetes who are inadequately controlled with basal insulin glargine in combination with metformin and/or thiazolidinedione (pioglitazone or rosiglitazone)
- A Multi-center, Randomized, Open-label, Active Controlled, Parallel Arm Study to Compare the Efficacy of 12 Weeks of Treatment with Vildagliptin 100mg, qd to Thiazolidinedione (TZD) as Add-on Therapy in Patients with type 2 Diabetes Inadequately Controlled with Metformin Monotherapy in a Community-based Practice Setting
- An 8-week, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of valsartan/HCTZ/amlodipine compared to valsartan/HCTZ, valsartan/amlodipine, and HCTZ/amlodipine in patients with moderate to severe hypertension
