We are an outpatient facility with dedicated exam rooms for
research. Our patient waiting areas are well-lighted, comfortable
with a television and DVD/VCR provided.
Our CLIA waived laboratory area is clean and neat and well
equipped to include a centrifuge, refrigerator and -25 sub-zero
freezer. Our staff is Haz-Mat and IATA trained and certified for
dry ice shipping. 2-D Echo imaging and treadmill stress testing are
also available on site.
Our drug cabinets are kept double locked in a secure area with
limited access. Our study supplies and materials are double locked
in limited access areas. DSL access is readily available for
electronic data transfer and monitoring needs.
Our facility is centrally located in Houston Texas. The
Prosperity Bank Building is easily accessible to all from Loop 610
South at the Bellaire/Evergreen/Bissonnet exit with free garage
parking. Convenient to The Galleria and Meyerland Mall shopping; we
are also within 5 miles of The Texas Medical Center. We are located
approximately 40 minutes between both Houston Hobby and Bush IAH
Intercontinental airports with many affordable hotels options
located nearby.
Dr. Guy comes to Evergreen Clinical Research with an experienced
background in finance and medicine. She received her BBA from The
University of Texas at Austin in May 1988 and her MD degree from
The University of Texas Medical School at Houston in May 1997. She
completed her Internship and Residency training at Baylor College
of Medicine, Houston, Texas in 2000.
Evergreen Clinical Research LLC is located within Dr. Guy’s
private practice and proud to have her serve as our Principal
Investigator. She is enthusiastic, attentive, easily approachable
and dedicated to GCP/ICH standards for clinical research. Her
hospital affiliations are: St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Texas
Medical Center, Houston, Texas and Woman’s Hospital of Texas,
Houston, Texas.
