Southeastern Research Associates, Inc. was founded in 2003 and
is located in beautiful Upstate South Carolina, one of the
nation's fasting growing areas. It has established a reputation
for excellence in conducting clinical trials through a network of
investigators with various clinical specialties. With sites located
near several large hospitals and universities, this is an ideal
location for conducting research.
SERA, Inc. conducts outpatient clinical trials in Phase II, III,
& IV, as well as post-marketing. We provide a highly qualified
and experienced team of professionals dedicated to conducting
trials with consistency, accuracy, compliance, compassion, and
confidentiality.
Southeastern Research Associates, Inc. clinical research
experience includes the areas of diabetes, hypertension, metabolic
syndrome, COPD, asthma, migraines, low back pain, erectile
dysfunction, IBS, womens' health issues, pain management, acne,
dyslipidemia, depression, anxiety, bowel dysfunction, insomnia,
pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, nausea, arthritis, anti-infective

Southeastern Research Associates, Inc. is located on the
Eastside of Greenville with other sites throughout the Upstate of
South Carolina. We conduct outpatient trials with some variations
in equipment availability from site to site.
At Southeastern Research Associates, Inc. we have a network of
physicians in the Upstate of South Carolina. Some of these
physicians have more than 10 years experience in conducting
clinical trials. We have physician that are board certified in
family practice, internal medicine, hematology, oncology,
obstetrics, gynecology, cardiology, pediatrics and addictionology.
Our investigators understand the importance of working as a team
with the coordinators, nurses, monitors, and project managers to
accomplish the goals set forth in the study protocols.
At Southeastern Research, our study coordinators and nurses have
research experience ranging from 2-12 years and some with nursing
experience over 25 years. All of our staff are GCP trained, Haz Mat
certified, and some are certified (CCRC). Our coordinators and
investigators also attend pharmaceutical and CRO sponsored training
programs as offered.
Southeastern Research Associates, Inc. has sites throughout the
Upstate of South Carolina. Our patient population ranges from
pediatrics to geriatrics. Because of the economic and industrial
growth of the Upstate community and the influx of foreign industry,
there is a variety of races and cultures available to become
involved in clinical research trials.
Southeastern Research Associates, Inc. utilizes central IRBs for
the conduction of clinical trials. We are known for our rapid
regulatory and contract document turn around time.
