Chase Medical Research, LLC, formerly known as the Clinical Research Department of Phoenix Internal Medicine Associates, LLC. is led by Joseph Soufer, MD, who specializes in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty of Endocrinology. Dr. Soufer has practiced Internal Medicine in the Waterbury community since 1982 and has served as Medical Director of the clinical research department since 1999.
