Boston Clinical Trials (BCT) is an independent multi-specialty clinical research center. At BCT, we understand how important clinical trials are to our sponsors. That's why we are committed to providing the highest quality data - fast. In all studies we participated, we met, and in many far exceeded, enrollment targets. And because of our effective database and careful telephone prescreening, our screen failure rate is low, usually well below 10%. Internal quality control and close cooperation with study monitors have earned us the highest quality marks from the sponsors who work with us.

All BCT PIs are Board-certified and most are affiliated with St. Elizabeth Hospital and Tufts University School of Medicine. On average, BCT PIs have 4-6 years of clinical research experience.

Staff Expertise

BCT Clinical Coordinators are Registered Nurses averaging 5 years of clinical research experience. Each of the Clinical coordinators is fully trained in GCP and HIPPA. As a rule, Clinical Research Coordinators work on no more than two trials at a time. This ensures thorough preparation, rapid patient recruitment, practically around the clock availability to patients and monitors, and timely document submission.

• Acne Rosacea Study
• Acne Rosacea Study
• Anxiety Study for Elderly Adults. If you have been feeling anxious or have been having trouble sleeping perhaps you have are suffering from anxiety. Participants must be 66 or older and live in an outpatient setting.
• Are you a man or a woman who suffers from occasional abdominal pain or discomfort associated with cramping?
• Are you a man or woman who suffers from symptoms of abdominal discomfort, pain, or cramping?
• Are you experiencing excessive and persistent worrying and tension about everyday events and activities such as work or home life? Boston Clinical Trials is participating in a nationwide clinical research study for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
• Attention men 18-55: Do you suffer from Chronic Prostatitis?
• Attention men 45 years and older.
• Attention men 45 years and older. Do you have an enlarged prostate?
• Depression Study for Elderly Adults. If you have been feeling down or are not sure why you do not enjoy life perhaps you have depression. Participants must be 66 or older and live in an outpatient setting.
• Do you feel depressed and have a problem sleeping?
• Do you have a red, scaly, itchy rash on sides of nose, eyebrows, behind ears or along the scalp hairline?
• Do you have high cholesterol?
• Do you suffer from constipation?
• Do you suffer from Premature Ejaculation?
• For Women: Problem Sleeping?
• Have you lost interest in things you used to enjoy? Do you often feel like crying? You may be suffering from Depression.
• Low Sexual Desire Getting You Down? This is a study for women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
• Stress urinary incontinence study.
• Study of Acute Anxiety Disorder in Adults (18 years and older). This is a 10 week, double-blind study requiring 11 visits to our medical facility. Patients must not be on other psychiatric medication or have other psychiatric diagnoses.
