OsNET, Inc. is a
nonprofit alliance of over twenty
Research Centers located throughout thirteen states, providing a
geographically diverse and unique blend of both Freestanding and
Established as an Osteoporosis Network in 1995, today OsNET
includes experienced research professionals in
Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Physiology, Gynecology and
Since we do not have to endure the constant "profit"
concerns confronting many SMO or TMO type organizations...OsNET can
and will remain a therapeutically focused
association...while maintaining rigid membership requirements. Our
Members must have a minimum of three years clinical trial
experience. They presently average more than twenty years
in clinical research and many are considered
thought-leaders in their field.
We are not an SMO. The Sponsor or CRO
continues to contract directly with each
OsNET members have met or exceeded enrollment
goals in the vast majority of their studies...and have
achieved even better results in OsNET supported

Each of the clinical research center members comprising OsNET
has the following facilities and equipment:
To be considered for Membership in OsNET, a site must have
extensive and successful experience in Clinical
Trials, including specific expertise in Clinical Research.
Our sites include tens of thousands of patients in a
variety of demographics. Please contact Ray Hovland to examine your
specific needs. Remember...OsNET is a non-profit Research
Alliance...not a structured SMO, Broker, or TMO.
You still create a contract agreement with each
individual Research Center.
