CNS Research Inc. was founded in 1997 and is a multi-site PPPN, (Private Practice Physician's Network). Our goal is to provide the best possible patient care by offering sophisticated and diverse pharmacological research opportunities with medications not available to the general public. Working with pharmaceutical companies, we provide cutting edge evaluations, treatment and education of central nervous systems disorders. We offer franchise/partnerships to out of state Neurologists and entrepreneurial Research Coordinators all over the united states to become part of our network.
We focus on phases II & III clinical trials. Therapeutic areas are Alzheimer's Disease, Epilepsy, Migraine Headaches, Multiple Sclerosis Diabetic Neuropathic Pain and Stroke. Our investigators have successfully been conducting studies with the following pharmaceutical companies:
Alzheimer’s Disease
Migraine Headaches
Epilepsy
Multiple Sclerosis
Diabetic Neuropathic Pain
Stroke
We have a network of independent, private practice neurology, and pain centers located in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut . Through this network, CNS Research has established in-depth knowledge of the independent sites, patient access, capabilities, staffing, experience, etc. Through an established communication infrastructure based on a virtual private network, we have electronic databases that carry detailed information as to the sites’ current profile, including current electronic CVs for each physician and each coordinator. We have a track record with each site across all CNS, and pain disease areas. We have historical knowledge as to patient recruitment techniques that are appropriate and successful in the local community in which the site is located. All this information results in CNS Research’s ability to start studies quicker and complete studies as scheduled or ahead of our competition..
Our Private Practice Physician's network is comprised of seven leading neurologists:
Our affiliation with Southeastern New England's largest Academic Medical Centers allows us to draw patients from Rhode Island, Eastern Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Community based services such as "Memory and Cognitive Disorders Assessment Service" offer the most comprehensive clinic in the region for evaluation of memory loss.
