Facility Description

Our main Family Practice site is composed of seven family practice certified physicians, three nurse practitioners and a registered dietician. The site sees approximately 4,000 patients per month. In addition there are on-site laboratory services, a Lunar Densitometer and radiology services are available. The site utilizes a central IRB, is proficient in remote data entry and maintains a patient database of 60,000. We have two walk-in centers for episodic studies. Our specialist’s offices are located throughout town. We have at least one fulltime CRC in each office.

Drawing from a relatively untapped research pool in upstate New York (Area population 212,000), RCR is able to utilize a family practice base of over 60,000 patients as well as the regional market base provided by the affiliated specialists. Our research population includes rural, urban, and suburban groups spanning the life continuum from newborn to geriatric; populations to reach any research need. Binghamton is the ninth largest city in New York State. Major employers include the New York State Government, United Health Services, and Binghamton University.
