Five directly managed sites are

• Chi Mei Foundation Hospital: serves greater Tainan area with General Clinical Research Center (GCRC); large patient pools in cancers, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, psychiatric disorders, and hepatitis B and C
• Cheng Ching Hospital: serves central west Coastal Taiwan, teaching hospital for hepatitis B and C, HCC, diabetes mellitus, hypertension
• Chi Mei Foundation Hospital, Liouying campus: serves greater Tainan area; large patient pools in cancers, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, psychiatric disorders, and hepatitis B and C
• National Cheng Kung University Hospital: serves Northern District of Tainan City with Center of Excellence Clinical Trial and Research in Oncology Specialty; provides outstanding medical, educational and research services
• Kuang-Tien Hospital: serves central west Coastal Taiwan, teaching hospital for Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Nephrology

Other Information

TTMC also provides trained CRCs to sites/investigators not inside our network upon sponsors’ request. An internet-based site management tool is under development to enhance our abilities in feasibility response, letter of intent evaluation, study progress report, SAE reporting, and project management. We continue to work on expanding our international alliance with global clinical trial centers.
