Houston is the 4th largest city in the US. Our clinic is
conveniently located in the Northwest area of Houston, one of the
fastest growing areas of the city. We are accessible to public
transportation and located at the intersection of two major
highways.
Houston is a very ethnically diverse city; population includes
Hispanic, Caucasian, African American, and Asian peoples of all
ages and economic situations. Our city is also the home to many
major universities and colleges, so our population is very focused
on education.
Our detailed pre-screening process accurately identifies
potential subjects for initial suitability before their first
appointment, which saves everyone from incurring unnecessary time
and expense.
Our clinic is not affiliated with any local IRB's, so we are
free to use the central IRB of the sponsor's choice. Our
turn-around on information is very quick and efficient.
Our staff is experienced with Remote Data Entry and Electronic
CRF's. We are in the process of setting-up an electronic
patient database that will combine both private practice and
research patients - this will dramatically improve our capability
to quickly find the most appropriate patients to match a given
protocol.
