HOW WE WORK
Thoughtful planning, streamlined execution, early problem solving, and maintaining close working relationships with all
project partners — this is the MMG approach.
We know your study is unique and deserves its own strategic thinking and protocol analysis — and you get all of that
just by reading our proposals.
Your study will succeed because MMG provides:
- Insights and understandings of your target population
- Finely focused tactics that yield effective patient enrollment
- A track record of success working within budget
- The best return on your investment
Experienced
Founded in 1987 to support patient enrollment across programs for NIH, MMG has become the trusted agency for large and
small pharmaceutical, biotech, government, and advocacy group clients. MMG’s therapeutic teams of experts in each disease
area bring insight to your study to effectively get it moving.
Strategic
At MMG, strategy doesn’t stop when implementation starts. In developing your recruitment and retention program, we consider
industry, market, and other ever-changing conditions. We always include easy-to-enact contingency strategies and proactive
plans and we enable continual progress toward achieving your goals and objectives.
Global
Our Global Operations team, headquartered in the UK, considers cultural differences and ethics committee requirements to
bring strategies that work and are accepted in each country. We implement a specialized approach to international patient
recruitment that involves close contact with in-country teams and CRAs. In addition, as a part of Ketchum and Omnicom
Group’s Diversified Agency Services division, MMG has a reach that extends to 700 locations in 71 countries, expanding our
ability to provide effective international health communications.
Who will manage your study
MMG has dedicated therapeutic teams comprising experts in each disease area. Reporting directly to the vice president of
each therapeutic area is a team of directors that is responsible for the day-to-day management of your program. The
therapeutic area VP is the corporate monitor for your project.
Your corporate monitor is responsible for:
- Strategic oversight and subject matter expertise
- Ensuring satisfaction within your organization
- Overall financial management and assurance. The project director is your day-to-day contact at MMG. Your project director will:
- Drive the execution and immediate oversight of the program
- Facilitate cross-organizational efforts and communication
- Ensure client needs are met and deliverables are provided on time and on budget
- Coordinate delivery of status reporting
All our employees are cross-trained in disease area and functionality, allowing us to successfully manage large accounts
comprising multiple projects.
