Marken has launched Solo, their proprietary web based system used to manage the regulatory, inventory and operational supply chain complexities of clinical trials. The system, which has been developed exclusively for Marken, is designed to manage all aspects of Marken’s global depot network including: receipt of clinical supplies and kits, dispatches, returns, warehouse movements and QA releases. Solo is a secure, validated, web-based system which is fully accessible to Marken’s clients on a 24/7 basis from any location in the world. Marken has designed Solo to integrate with multiple client-directed IXR (Interactive Reporting) systems.

Marken has launched a new global brand and advertising campaign to reflect the unique position that it holds in the pharmaceutical industry.  The campaign will be introduced globally with the launch of its new website and will include its new brand and tagline: "Global Life Science Supply Chain Solutions.”

Marken names interim head of clinical trials distrubtion

Marken, a global provider of clinical supply chain services, has named Frank J. Wright its interim president of the clinical trials distribution business unit. Wright will be responsible for growing the business, enhancing the team and identifying possible investment opportunities. He will also assist in recruiting the permanent president of the business unit.
