invivodata Secures $10 Million of Financing

Pittsburgh-based invivodata, an electronic patient reported outcomes (ePRO) company for global clinical research, has secured almost $10 million in additional capital.

UBC Acquires Bioniche Global Learning

Maryland-based United BioSource Corporation (UBC), has acquired Bioniche Global Learning, an investigator training and education company based in McLean, Va. Bioniche provides training, continuing medical education and related services to investigators. It specializes in training for central nervous system disease trials with a particular focus in psychiatric research.
