Clintrak launches digital labeling service The DigiPly

Friday, September 6, 2013 03:03 PM

Clintrak, a clinical trial label company, has launched The DigiPly, a digital label service with benefits including enhanced turnaround times, quality control and flexible label options.

The service is the clinical supply chain industry’s first digitally produced booklet label service supported by a team of clinical supply professionals. It provides flexibility in labeling, including the ability to add or delete countries within days instead of weeks, thus avoiding costly delays.

The service was designed to mitigate risk through quality-driven technology and production processes. A fully automated, proprietary process inspects 100% of label text for accuracy and readability and identifies text that is illegible for any reason.

Other features of The DigiPly service enhance ease of use by clinical sites and study patients include over 100 pages of available text, with space for larger, easier-to-read font sizes, color options that permit the highlighting of text and inclusion of logos, a label cover page made of a flexible polymer that won’t tear upon application or use and that can tolerate most temperature ranges and full lamination that protects data integrity and prevents smudging or damage in transit or at investigative sites.
