Patricia Monteforte named president of Trio Clinical Resourcing

Aptiv Solutions, a global biopharmaceutical and medical device development services company, has appointed Patricia Monteforte president of Trio Clinical Resourcing, an Aptiv Solutions subsidiary focused on clinical and regulatory staffing. Monteforte will leverage more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry and success leading CROs to assemble teams of clinical and regulatory professionals to deliver flexible resourcing solutions to meet the current and future challenges in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

Previously, Monteforte was INC Research’s executive vice president, clinical development and general manger, where she oversaw the operations of 500 employees across numerous specialties, including infectious diseases, vaccines, immunology/inflammation, respiratory, gastroenterology, dermatology, pediatrics, late phase trials, cardiovascular, endocrinology, ophthalmology and oncology. Prior to INC, Monteforte founded and was president and chief executive officer of Pharmaceutical Resource, which grew into a full-service CRO for pediatrics and peri/post-approval studies. She also founded and led Pharmaceutical Staffing Solutions, which provided both permanent and flexible staffing solutions to several large pharmaceutical companies.
