CRF Health enhances its eCOA solutions

Tuesday, July 30, 2013 09:30 AM

CRF Health, an electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) solutions provider based in Plymouth Meeting, Penn., has announced several innovative enhancements to its TrialMax eCOA solutions.

CRF Health has added new usability and patient retention enhancements that improve the efficiency of collecting clinical outcome data directly from patients and sites.

Among the improved features: Patient and site user experience improvements through user interface design and extensive testing, reducing patient and site burden; on-demand access to study-specific training directly on the TrialMax Slate, improving site compliance by ensuring training is available when needed; ability to send SMS and email reminders to patients to keep patients engaged; and the clear display of the questionnaire status of all patient visits. This enhancement reduces site burden and increases the efficiency of the eCOA collection process by highlighting required and incomplete questionnaires.
