Parexel names Ingo Bank senior vice president, CFO

Global CRO Parexel International has named Ingo Bank senior vice president, and he will become chief financial officer September after fiscal year-end audited financial statements are filed. 

Bank succeeds James F. Winschel, Jr., who remains executive vice president until his retirement in 2014. 

Before joining Parexel in July, Bank spent 18 years with Royal Philips. He was chief audit executive of Royal Philips, appointed into chief financial officer roles to build and transform the LCD business for Philips in Japan and China, managed mergers and acquisitions and served as chief financial officer of the global Philips Lamps business.
