ACRO launches video series

Tuesday, May 14, 2013 01:35 PM

The Association of Clinical Research Organizations is introducing a new series of videos featuring the leaders of prominent healthcare interest groups.

The first two videos feature Ladd Wiley, executive director of the Alliance for a Stronger FDA, and Michael Reilly, executive director of the Alliance for Safe Biologic Medicines, discussing adequate funding for the FDA and regulatory matters surrounding biosimilars.

"ACRO participates in several alliances and coalitions to help amplify our message about the importance of clinical research," said John Lewis, vice president of public affairs. "We plan several additional videos covering issues such as incentives for medical research, regenerative medicine, comparative effectiveness research and the business environment for life sciences in India."
