Innova Partnerships, a life science investment and partnering company based in Boston and Scotland, is working Goodmark Medical of Longwood, Fla., to help them expand into international markets.

The transatlantic liaison between the two companies will bring together a high calibre senior management team to set up new operations based in Scotland and will lead Goodmark Medical's overseas efforts. The move will open up international markets for Goodmark Medical who empower patients through connected healthcare and will provide a focal point for R&D and EMEA sales.

"We are delighted to be working with Goodmark Medical as they expand their global reach,” said Steve Howell, CEO of Innova Partnerships. “Connected health is changing the way people live their lives and this is becoming especially important as we all get older."

Goodmark Medical focuses on connecting patients through building on RelayMed, a software as a service-based product that links medical diagnostics, patients and their carers.
