Bioventus, a Durham, N.C.-based company focusing on active orthopaedic healing, has decided to establish its international headquarters in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, about 12 miles outside of Amsterdam.

The company’s international operating company, Bioventus Coӧperatief, recently signed a letter of intent to lease about 7,200 square feet of office space on the 15th floor of the South Tower (Zuidtoren).

The new international headquarters is expected to open in November, following the build-out of the facility. The office will house employees supporting finance, customer care, operations, marketing, sales and human resources.
