Clinical Research Advantage (CRA), a trial management organization based in Tempe, Ariz., has been selected among az magazine’s top 25 workplaces for women.

A publication of Republic Media and BestCompaniesAZ, az magazine developed and published the “Top 25 Workplaces for Women in Arizona,” a program that strives to empower leadership, diversity and innovation for women. Winners will be published in the March issue of az magazine.

“Since our inception, CRA has primarily been operating as a women-employed business, and was formerly owned and founded by a woman,” noted Mark S. Hanley, CEO of CRA. “We remain focused on the value that women employees bring to the business. As a participant within the healthcare sector, more than 80% of our workforce is comprised of women. Therefore, this recognition was fitting for our organization.”

An independent panel of judges selected nominees based on their commitment to women in the workplace.
