Perceptive Informatics Boosts Cardiac Imaging Capabilities With DigiView Integration

Waltham, Mass.-based Perceptive Informatics, Parexel’s clinical technology subsidiary, teamed up with imaging software company Digisonics in a platform integration effort involving DigiView — Perceptive’s cardiac function assessment tool. The system allows for electronic review, analysis, reporting, and archiving of medical images related to cardiac function assessment. Perceptive stated the platform exceeds HIPAA security requirements and can generate an audit trail for regulatory purposes.

“By combining this tool with our leading medical imaging technology and in-depth expertise, we are able to help clients better meet their cardiovascular imaging needs,” said Todd Joron, corporate vice president and general manager of Perceptive Informatics.
